Connections Wraparound Program

The Connections Program offers short term community based wraparound services to identified high need students and their families. The clinician will meet with all key members of the team, provide support to the student and family and assist in accessing resources. The ultimate goal is to support stabilization and to promote academic and personal growth.

Additional Clinical Services:

Home Assessments

Includes an in depth comprehensive assessment to include parent/student interviews, observation, background review, and recommendations or resources and supports.

Parent Support Groups

A variety of virtual or in-person groups for parents/guardians to include the following:

• ‘Positive Parent Program’ – available to all caregivers

• School Avoidance/Refusal

• Support groups addressing a number of topics

Extended Support Services

Continuing support services for student/family beyond the intended short term services of the Connections program. Determined on a case-by-case basis

Consultation Services:

• Program or Student Specific consultation

• Clinical Supervision groups for school based counselors

• Behavioral Analysis for moderate to severe disabilities

Professional Development Trainings:

Led by NEC specialists in special education, mental health, autism, substance use, and developmental disabilities — our trainings are tailored to support your staff and students.
