We are offering a Youth Mental Health First Aid workshop on Thursday, March 21 and Friday, March 22 (must attend both sessions), The workshop teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among adolescents ages 12-18. You’ll build skills and confidence you need to reach out and provide initial support to young people who are struggling. You’ll also learn how to help connect them to appropriate support. This course is intended for adults age 19+. Space is limited and registration closes March 14. You must attend both sessions to qualify for PDPs and to receive a Youth Mental Health First Aid training certificate.
